Fundació Farinera Girona recently hosted another edition of its Reset Session, a gathering designed to bring entrepreneurs together to share experiences, solve challenges, and learn from one another in an open and supportive environment.

One sentence kept coming up throughout the session:

“I have that problem too.”

And perhaps that’s one of the greatest values of events like these.

When you’re building a business, it’s easy to believe that you’re the only one struggling. Wondering how to improve your sales, questioning your pricing, finding it difficult to attract customers, feeling stuck when making decisions, or constantly thinking you’re improvising are challenges that many entrepreneurs experience. Yet, the moment you sit in a room with other founders, you realize that most of them are facing exactly the same obstacles.

This edition featured David Casellas, who led a practical session focused on sales. He shared insights on how to better understand customers, improve the sales process, and tackle the commercial challenges that entrepreneurs face during the early stages of building a business. More importantly, the session became a space to discuss the real questions and challenges brought by the entrepreneurs in the room.

The event also included two collaborative feedback sessions. Maria Artigas, founder of Menuts Girona, presented her business and openly shared the challenges she is currently facing. Later, Adrià Montoto introduced his own project. In both cases, participants contributed ideas, shared experiences, and asked thoughtful questions to help explore new perspectives and possible solutions.

This is the purpose of the Reset Sessions: creating a space where entrepreneurs can exchange knowledge, validate ideas, and realize that many of the challenges of entrepreneurship are shared.

Beyond the practical advice and discussions, these sessions offer something that is often difficult to find when starting a business: a community.

The session concluded with an informal networking gathering over pizza, giving participants another opportunity to continue conversations, build relationships, and strengthen the local entrepreneurial community.
