Cicle Autèntics

Supporting talent, transforming the local region

The Cicle Autèntics is an initiative of the Programa d’Emprenedoria of the Fundació Farinera Girona, created to provide an open and authentic space for conversations about the entrepreneurial journey.

The aim of the series has been to go beyond success stories and focus on real experiences: the challenges, lessons learned, and difficult decisions that shape every entrepreneurial path. Through interactive sessions, the programme has brought together founders and leading professionals to share their stories first-hand, with honesty and transparency.

Each session has been designed to encourage audience participation, giving attendees the opportunity to ask questions and explore the less visible, but essential, aspects of building and growing a business.

The Cicle Autèntics launched on 22 January 2026 with Inés Ures, CEO and co-founder of Arpías and founding partner of the investment fund Real Ventures. During the session, she shared insights from more than fifteen years of experience in marketing, having worked for companies such as Treatwell, Deliveroo, Atrápalo and Groupalia, reflecting on the key lessons and challenges that have shaped her professional career.

The second session took place on 14 May 2026 with Francesc Navarro, CEO and co-founder of Holo, a startup developing a preventive healthcare platform that combines advanced diagnostics, wearable device data and personalised insights reviewed by medical professionals. During the event, Navarro spoke about the creation of Holo, the challenges of launching a startup after his experience at Factorial, and the key decisions that led to the company’s €1 million pre-seed funding round.

Through these sessions, the Cicle Autèntics has established itself as a leading forum for honest and inspiring conversations about entrepreneurship, encouraging discussion, shared learning and meaningful connections between entrepreneurs, professionals and anyone interested in innovation.

The Cicle Autèntics is sponsored by Frit Ravich and GironaHub.
