The Fundació Farinera Girona, in collaboration with Diari de Girona, continues its “5 Tips” series with an interview featuring Francesc Julià, entrepreneur, founder and president of Kave Home, as well as vice president and trustee of the Foundation. In this new edition, Julià offers an in-depth perspective on what it means to remain true to your intuition, listen to others, and build a strong team while moving forward with your project.

- Know your weaknesses and do not hide them – Recognizing where you are not strong allows you to seek support and build trust. Transparency with your team and investors creates strong relationships and leads to clearer decision-making.
- Listen, observe, and trust your intuition – Having a clear objective is fundamental, but it is equally important to adapt to change and take advantage of opportunities that arise along the way. Intuition and observation are key to making sound decisions.
- Sacrifice is freedom, and freedom is happiness – Committing to a project requires dedication and long hours of work, but when you are passionate about what you do, sacrifice transforms into freedom and happiness. Dreaming big, with ambition and a touch of naivety, allows you to grow beyond what you once thought possible.
