Initiatives

The Cicle Autèntics is a Farinera Girona Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme initiative , created with the aim of establishing a space for real and close conversation about the path of entrepreneurship.

The objective of the cycle is to go beyond success stories and focus on lived experiences: the challenges, the learnings and the difficult decisions that shape any business trajectory. Through participatory sessions, we invite founders and leading professionals to give an unfiltered first-hand account of their experience.

Each meeting is designed so that the public can participate, ask questions and explore those less visible, yet essential, aspects in the development of a business project.

On 22 January 2026, we launched the Cicle Autèntics with Inés Ures, CEO and co-founder of Arpías and founding partner of the Real Ventures investment fund. During the session, she shared more than 15 years’ experience in marketing, working for companies such as Treatwell, Deliveroo, Atrápalo and Groupalia, and reflected on the learnings and challenges she has encountered throughout her professional journey.
