Fundaci\u00f3 Farinera Girona, in collaboration with Diari de Girona<\/em>, continues its “5 Consells”<\/strong> series with an interview featuring Jaume Sanabras<\/strong>, founder and president of Marlex<\/strong>, vice president and trustee of Fundaci\u00f3 Farinera Girona, and an entrepreneur with more than thirty years of experience building successful businesses.<\/p>\n

In this latest edition, Sanabras shares a perspective on entrepreneurship built around resilience and perseverance. Rather than seeing rejection as failure, he explains that hearing “no” is an inevitable part of building a business, and that what separates successful entrepreneurs from those who give up too soon is the ability to keep knocking on doors.<\/p>\n

In his conversation with Adri Lacaita, he reflects on the decision to found Marlex despite having a stable job and a young family. He explains how asking himself, “What’s the worst that could happen?”<\/em> gave him the confidence to take the leap, reminding us that entrepreneurship isn’t about being fearless\u2014it’s about trusting your ability to recover when things don’t go as planned.<\/p>\n
